Delivery Policy:

• Our support and delivery teams will reach out to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery.
• Complimentary delivery is offered only for the first attempt at your shipping address. If the first delivery attempt is missed, an additional charge will apply for a second attempt.
• In the absence of a service lift, deliveries will be made to the ground floor. If delivery to higher floors is requested, additional charges will apply.
• Extra charges may apply for weekend or time-specific delivery requests.

Warranty Policy:

This product comes with a warranty covering manufacturing defects, inherent termites, and borer issues.

For upholstered products, the warranty applies to the frame and mechanisms (if applicable).

This limited warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from prolonged use

Minor cuts, scratches, or damages caused by improper cleaning methods or impacts/accidents

Damage resulting from incorrect installation or assembly by the customer

Cracks caused by displacement of the product

Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight

Decay of wood due to consistent exposure to water

Upholstery fabrics (e.g., seat covers)

Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals

As per industry standards, an unevenness of up to 5 mm is considered acceptable due to differences in floor and surface levels, and this is not covered under warranty.

Returns:

• Amio Furniture’s delivery service is designed to ensure that your product arrives without damage. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform the delivery personnel right away and contact Customer Care at amiofurniture@gamil.com We will assess the damage or defect within 48 hours and provide a solution. If the product is deemed broken, we will arrange for a return, replacement, or other necessary actions.

If any parts needed for assembly are missing, please contact Customer Support, and we will arrange for prompt delivery.
