1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, typically 8-15 business days depending on the complexity of the design.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order.

3. Shipping Methods

  • We have a own truck, to deliver your furniture safely and on time.
  • All shipments will include tracking information that you will receive once your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Time

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of the furniture. In general, delivery may take between 5-10 business days after the order has shipped.
  • For custom or large items, shipping may take longer. You will be notified of any shipping delays in advance.

5. Handling & Packaging

  • All furniture is carefully inspected, packed, and padded for protection during transit. We use eco-friendly packaging materials when possible to ensure your item arrives safely.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for more information on how to proceed.

6. Curbside Delivery

  • All large furniture items are delivered via curbside delivery, meaning that the item will be left at the front of your property. Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery.
  • White-glove delivery options (where our team brings the furniture into your home and sets it up) may be available at an additional cost. Please contact us to inquire about white-glove service availability.

8. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout

9. Delivery Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, high demand, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding during such delays.

10. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
